Ghostwriting for architects & interior designers

Your work already speaks. Let it say something.

I write Instagram captions, project stories and Reels scripts in your own voice, so your feed sounds like the person behind the work, not like an agency.

The quiet feed

Most studios post beautiful photos and almost no words.

Often that's a choice, and a good one. Restraint is part of the look. But a photo shows what you made. It doesn't show how you think, and that's usually what a client is really hiring.

  • CaptionsShort, in your rhythm. The kind of line you'd say on site.
  • Project storiesThe decision behind the room: the stone you fought for, the wall you took out.
  • Reels scriptsWhat to say in the first three seconds, and when to stop talking.
  • Industry news, your takeWhen there's no new project to show, a trend report or an award gives you something to say.
  • Comment repliesAnswers to questions under your posts, in the same voice.
  • A weekly briefThe week in your industry from 40+ sources, with links. Tuned to the topics you choose.

How it works

Everything happens in writing, on your schedule.

No calls to book, no meetings. You answer when you have a minute between site visits.

A written questionnaire

About 45 minutes, in your own words: how you work, what you won't do, the projects you're proud of.

Your voice guide

One or two pages: your tone, your rhythm, the words you use and the ones you'd never say. Every post is written against it.

A month of drafts

A calendar and the posts for it, sent in one batch. Mark what you'd change; I revise.

You approve, you post

Nothing goes out without your yes. The account stays yours, and so do the words.

Three voices

The same job, written three different ways.

Samples written for this page, for imaginary studios. Your posts would start from your voice guide, not from these.

A mountain architect

We spent two days on that window before we drew a single wall. If the view arrives all at once, it's gone by the second visit.

A New York designer

Clients ask for "timeless." What they mean is: don't make me redo this in five years. So we start with what won't date: proportion, light, a good chair.

A studio that keeps it short

Limewash, three coats. The wall will look different every hour. That was the brief.

The Brief

Your industry's week, in five minutes.

Every week I go through 40+ sources: design magazines, trade press, association reports, award lists and competitions. You get what's worth knowing, each item with a direct link. In your questionnaire you tick the topics and regions you care about, and the brief follows them.

Deadline

Luxe RED Awards: general entry closes November 6

The residential award from Luxe Interiors + Design. Final deadline November 13, U.S. firms only.

Why it matters: an award built for exactly your category.

Numbers

Manhattan's $4M-plus tier hits a 20-week high

36 contracts signed last week, up from 28, with a median asking price of $6.1 million.

Why it matters: the top of the market is still signing.

Market

Architecture billings slide again

The AIA index fell to 44.7 in September; multifamily backlogs shrank from 6.2 to 4.8 months since March.

Why it matters: a good month to lock in deposits and scope.

Trends

The all-white spa bathroom is fading

AD points to 1930s Milan instead: dark veined stone, walnut, Art Deco fixtures.

Why it matters: a ready answer when a client asks what's next.

Each brief ends with three items worth commenting on, and the angle to take, in your voice.

Questions

Before you write.

Who posts?

You do. I send finished drafts; you post them, or ask for changes first. On the Studio plan I can also reply to comments for you through Meta Business Suite, with a role you grant and can remove any time. I never ask for your password.

Who owns the words?

You do, fully, from the moment you approve them. They go out under your name, and I don't use them anywhere else.

How do you use AI?

As a research and drafting team that never sleeps. Before every batch it goes through 40+ industry sources and pulls out what's worth your comment; no person could read all of that every week. It drafts against your voice guide and checks every line against the words you'd never use. On the Studio plan it also watches your comments, so questions get answered within the day.

What it doesn't do is decide what goes out. Every fact in the brief is checked against its source, every post against your guide, and nothing is published without your yes.

Why not a social media agency?

Agencies are good at visuals, scheduling and growth, usually in the agency's voice. This is narrower: the words, in yours. Many studios keep their photographer and add this on top.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. You can stop at the end of any month. The free week needs nothing at all.

Where are you based?

In Germany. I work with studios in the US, in American English, entirely by email, so time zones don't get in the way.

Tell me about the work you're proud of.

Send a link to your site or your Instagram. I'll reply with a short note on how your feed could sound, and three posts in your voice to judge for yourself.
